Zack Biro

My name is Zack Biro and I live in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.  I am a Masters student at Lehigh University and I’m studying History with a concentration in Public History. My undergraduate work was also at Lehigh studying History and Religion Studies. Recently I’ve taken a particular interest the Civil War history specific to my community (more specifically in the 153rd PA Vols) but I’ve been studying the Civil War since I was 6 and I love visiting battlefields, learning from other people’s experiences and research, and looking at how this conflict influences our understanding of identity today.
